Questions
Do files leave this device?
No. The toolkit is static JavaScript in your browser. There is no upload API and no third-party conversion service.
Why is there no Compress PDF button?
A fake compressor that turns every page into JPEG would destroy selectable text, vectors, links and accessibility. Real optimization is a later feature, not a shortcut in v1.
What about scanned PDFs and OCR?
This toolkit does not run OCR. A separate Local OCR tool is planned. Scanned pages can still be rotated, extracted, split, or exported as images here.
