Will every name be removed?
Only names you list, and values on a name label such as Name: or 姓名. Other people in the paragraph stay. This is not named-entity recognition.
Which secrets are replaced?
Email addresses and common key shapes such as sk-, AKIA, ghp_, GitHub personal tokens, Slack xox tokens, Stripe keys, Google API keys, Bearer tokens, JWT-like strings, private-key blocks, and api_key or password assignments. A phone number is not removed.
